Corners

Rotating 3 Corners Clockwise

If you've followed my beginner tutorial then you should already be familiar with this algorithm. For those who aren't this algorithm will rotate three corners clockwise while keeping the bottom left corner of the Up face in the same position.

An easy method to identify this position is when you have two corner pieces of the same colour on the same side of third layer. If you are using this method then you want to rotate the cube or top layer so that the matching stickers are on the Back face and perform the following algorithm.

Swapping Opposites

When you can't find two matching colours on the same face then you have the scenario where it is possible to place the top layer in a state so that two diagonally opposite corners are solved (though their position in relation to the bottom two layers is irrelevant for the algorithm below.)

Center Edges

At this point the corners of the last layer should be solved and all that is left is to permute the edges. If one edge is already solved then hold the solved side on the Back face and perform either a clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation. Otherwise look below for algorithms with handling the remaining cases.

Clockwise Rotation

Counter-clockwise Rotation

Swapping Opposites

For this case the colours of the center edges belong on the opposite side. If you have a standard rubik's cube then those colours should be red/orange and green/blue.

Swapping Adjacent

For this case the colours of the center edges need to be swapped from the adjacent sides.
